Shipping policy

At Maisie's Archive, every order is carefully prepared, securely packaged, and dispatched promptly to help ensure your Vintage Coach Handbag arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Delivery Options

United Kingdom

We offer the following UK delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48
  • Express Delivery: Royal Mail Special Delivery

Standard Delivery

  • Flat rate of £3.95 for Royal Mail Tracked 48
  • Flat rate of £5.95 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature
  • Free with orders over £150

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day and estimated delivery is within 2-3 working days ffrom dispatch.

Express Delivery

  • Flat rate fee of £12.95 for Royal Mail Special Delivery
  • Available for customers requiring the fastest and most secure delivery service.
  • Orders placed before 3:00 pm (Monday–Thursday) are typically dispatched the same business day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Fridays, weekends, or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Delivery is expected the next working day, by 1PM. 
  • Includes tracking and signature confirmation.
  • Free with orders over £250.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected destinations outside the European Union (EU). Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order.

EU Shipping - Temporarily Paused

Shipping to countries within the European Union (EU) is temporarily paused.

We have temporarily suspended EU shipping while we await further clarification and developments regarding the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), particularly in relation to its application to small businesses. We plan to reassess the situation following further developments and guidance in October 2026 and hope to resume shipping to EU customers as soon as possible.

EU customers will be unable to place orders while EU shipping is paused. We will update this policy when EU shipping resumes.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, local taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated and collected at checkout to help avoid any additional unexpected fees upon delivery. Where duties and taxes are collected at checkout, customers should not be charged additional import fees upon delivery.

If an international order is refused by the recipient or cannot be delivered for reasons unrelated to the carrier e.g. incorrect shipping address - any return shipping costs, customs processing fees, or other charges incurred may be deducted from your refund where permitted by law.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Maisie's Archive cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

Delivery Issues 

All orders are sent using secure, fully tracked delivery services. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at maisiesbusiness@gmail.com with your order number. We'll work with the you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
